FAQs

Q. What is Setlistic?

A. Setlistic is a setlist management app that helps you build a setlist of songs that add up to a specific time slot.

Here's some background on Setlistic, too.

Q. Who is it for?

A. Setlistic is for bands, musicians, DJs, or anyone who needs to create setlists to fill a specific time slot.

Q. How does the Spotify feature work? Do I need to be a Spotify user?

A. You don’t have to be an existing Spotify user at all. Setlistic allows you to search Spotify and use Spotify song data (like song duration) when you add a song. You can always add songs manually, and you can also edit song data from Spotify (the data is just there as an initial guide).

Q. Can I try it first?

A. Yes, there's a 7-day free trial.

Q. Can I use Setlistic on my mobile phone?

A. Yes, Setlistic can be used on your mobile phone. It’s not a mobile app, but it is designed to work on mobile devices. You can even add a shortcut icon on your mobile phone. Here’s how: https://www.howtogeek.com/196087/how-to-add-websites-to-the-home-screen-on-any-smartphone-or-tablet/

Q. Can I use the app on stage?

A. Possibly, although Setlistic is not really designed to be an “on-stage app”, or drive instruments.

Q. What happens to my setlists when I cancel?

A. You can print your setlists out prior to canceling. Once you cancel, you won't be able to access them unless and until your account is re-activated (up to one year past your cancel date).

Q. Can I switch from monthly to annual or vice versa, once I've signed up?

A. Yes, you can switch. Simply contact support at support@setlistic.com.

Q. Can I cancel any time?

A. Yes, you may cancel any time.

Q. What happens when I cancel?

A. Your subscription remains active until the end of the subscription period (either annual or monthly, whichever you initially signed up for), and will no longer continue once that period is over.
